Brant Professional Services is a New York-based financial consulting firm founded in 2021. We provide CFO services, tax and accounting, capital advisory, and operational consulting to small and mid-sized businesses, nonprofits, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries.

No. There is no cost to apply and no obligation to accept any offer. We do not require a hard credit pull to explore your options. You review any offer in full — including rates, terms, and total cost of capital — before making a decision. We are compensated by lenders only if a deal closes, and that arrangement never influences which options we present to you.

We are based in New York and primarily serve businesses across Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk Counties), New York City (all five boroughs), and the Capital Region (Albany, Saratoga, Troy, and surrounding areas). 2. Review & sign. We’ll send you our Independent Referral Representative Agreement and an IRS Form W-9 to complete and sign electronically. Your tax information is collected securely through our e-signature provider — never through this website.

3. Start referring. Once your agreement is countersigned, you can begin submitting referrals. Referral fees are paid per the terms of Schedule A of the agreement after a referred business is funded.
